DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS
Products will be sent through Australia Post or other means upon request.
Regular Australia Post fees will apply, we don't charge for handling. Each parcel will be registered.


TIME OF DELIVERY
All attempt will be made to post orders out within five working days, that is assuming all components are available. Due to the nature of the designs, parts may not always be available within this time frame. In this case you will be notified and a backorder or cancellation can be requested.


PAYMENT
Payment can be made via Paypal, cheque, money order or through direct deposit. Products sent once payment has been received.

Please contact us if other terms need to be arranged.

RETURNS
In an unfortunate case that a product is faulty, (not broken down through wear and tear) either a full refund or repair will be made.
